How to change the shipping only with Italy services, not US and Int'l ?

I have setup and eBay seller account. However, for the shipping information, it is showing the options for US based shipping services only and worldwide option. I cannot chose from where I am going to ship, that is Italy.

I am currently located in Italy, but using the paypal account that I have with US address. How can I list the selling items with the Italy shipping information only (Not Int'l).
