Ebay.it international shipping listing not working

Hello!

I have a problem on ebay.it. When I list a product, I cannot make any selection for international transport. I have attached a picture. I tried with different browsers, Edge, Opera, Chrome, Firefox, the same problem, I have several accounts, the same problem. The window appears where I should be able to select the type of international transport, but the selections are missing. If I modify an already existing listing, they appear and can be modified.

Has anyone encountered this problem? I mention that I have had this error for about 2 months, and it is only on ebay.it. Thank you!

ricapitolando: sei Rumeno, vendi in Italia e scrivi in Inglese....

Potrei consigliarti di contattare l'assistenza ebay italiana ma penso che dovresti almeno usare un traduttore per interagire con la chat italiana.

Yes, I'm from Romania, I sell on different sites ebay, ebay.it, ebay.ie. My country does not have an ebay site and because of that I sell on other sites. This is not a problem, it is fine according to the ebay regulations. I tried to contact ebay.it, I couldn't get along with them. I will try again, maybe I can find someone there who speaks English. I used a translator, but since I don't know Italian, I don't know if it translates correctly, their answer was quite confusing and we didn't understand each other.

I have this problem only on ebay.it and only for 2 months, before everything worked perfectly.
