There's this seller who was selling an item, i did pay instantly with paypal and all; after a couple of days i sent him a pm in which i asked if he was having issuses with my order or something and if he had some infos about it. So, after a couple of days.. nothing, no anwer and the item was still there; after seeing that i did sent him another pm asking if everything was ok and if there were some issue, i'd appreciated to have the money back for my order. But, as you think, no answer again..
The real question is: how can i get my money back, through ebay considering the seller doesn't want to answer ( because he's active i saw him adding new items in his shop).
Please tips or help.
