Seller don’t answer, asked the total amount of combined shipping 7 times , no answer. What I have t?

Hello , looking for someone can suggest what I can do .

Purchased two items from Us , very little items who can be boxed in 7 inc x 7inc x 5 inc .

Shipping costs are double, that mean who I have not only to pay double shipping for no reason but I will pay double tax , because these are calculated on total amount included shipping costs.

Seller didn't answer from Saturday when I purchased, I immediately asked to send the total as I can pay via PayPal.

 I never had a trouble like that, I always paid what I purchased under my responsibility.

I have good feedback but I don't care , that's not only not correct, that's also offensive.

Thank you so much if you take time to suggest me how to do.
