I bought a nendoroid and after I tried to assemble it (it was really hard) the tiny transparent part broke. It's been really hard to assemble it, it took me a whole day just to put the hair on. That's why I thought it was defective.
I contacted the seller of course, but they never answered. There's no way to open a controversy. What should I do?
