"allegherò" era riferito al form di controversia su ebay ^^

Denuncia effettuata, allegata alla controversia aperta su ebay per merce contraffatta.
Ora aspetto la controparte // ebay... nn ho ancora capito bene chi è che deve prendere l'iniziativa T_T

all'ultimo giorno disponibile la ragazzina rispondeva così

 

I do not believe that the trainers I sold are fakes and I am not willing to refund money without receiving the trainers back. They were brought from a high street retailer and were sold as they did not fit my brother any more. I have heard that some buyers pretend an item is fake to then receive their money back. I had expected the trainers to be returned but have since heard that the buyer has taken them to the police.

 

Credo non ci siano problemi per la chiusura della controversia ma ho un dubbio:

Può lasciarmi un feedback negativo?

 

P.S. la tipa ha cambiato versione dei fatti sull'origine delle scarpe tre volte per messaggi privati... Alla faccia della buona fede

grazie degli aggiornamenti...non ti curar delle "versioni" fornite dalla tipa...presto riceverai il tuo rimborso da Paypal.

 

Riguardo alla tua nuova richiesta:

 

E' dal 2008 che per i venditori è impedito il rilascio di Feedback negativi...per cui la risposta al tuo "timore" è no!

 

Qualora mettesse un feed positivo con commento negativo...tu farai la segnalazione all'assistenza ebay che immediatamente provvederà a "rimuovere il commento" (lasciando il solo verde assegnato) e prenderà provvedimenti per vìolazioni regolamentari sul rilascio dei feedback a carico del venditore.
