Faulty product, unreasonable delay in replacement.

I purchased a solar controller which was shipped with the incorrect manual which resulted in failure. The supplier accepted the liability but has stuffed me around no end since the 20th of April. More than 25 emails and still no advance since the 20th of April. Costing me eighty euro a day till iI can get the replacement, not happy Ebay/Supplier. last time I deal with China supplier direct, way too hard.
