I sold her a plant that unfortunately didn't arrive in perfect condition due to the too hot weather. I have offered her a refund if she sends the plant back. The plant was sent back but it was missing a whole leaf with roots which the woman probably kept as an offshoot and without telling me anything. she also cut off the whole roots of the main plant. when i asked her about it and offered her part of the money since she obviously kept a large part of the plant herself, i was accused of being a scammer and immediately submitted a problem report to ebay. The woman got all her money back and had the nerve to send me her paypal address so I could transfer the €20 for the return shipment.
