Hello,
I returned my item using the return label provided by eBay and dropped it off at a FedEx OnSite location in Merano, Italy. eBay marked the return as "on the way to the seller".
However, FedEx has now returned the parcel back to me, with a new label stuck over the original one, and I am listed as the recipient.
I believe something went wrong during the return process but I know know what.
Can someone please help?
