Since about 7am this morning I have been having technical issues with the eBay app and web browser version.

I need to reimburse a buyer but the process keeps failing at the end stage.

I also tried listing an item but this also failed.

Also, all the photos of my Active Listings are broken and show only blank spaces.

I repeat, this is on the app and the web browser using Chrome and Brave browsers.
