I have sold over 10 orders of the same buyers I have the stock keep in mind this I virtually item and 2 of the stock I alr gave it to the buyer but now the buyer has opened a dispute that says seller did not concieve the order even if I delivered the order and o don’t have proof but still how to resolve this even if I sold many of this stuff I never had this encounter I can’t just cancel the order cuz the order was alr sent and received by the buyer and I think this is probably a scam scheme so what should I do in this situation
