I am from the eBay U.S. site and am here asking a question for an Italian eBay seller.

The seller has received 2 negative feedbacks from a buyer who did not pay for items. The seller filed 2 Unpaid Item disputes, closed them with strikes issued,  but can't seem to get ebay to remove the negative feedbacks.

The U.S, eBay site would have removed these feedbacks due to the strikes being issued. Is this the policy on eBay Italy also?
