"since you didn't react on my last email and didn't pay the item you did bid on eBay and initiated a valid contract between you and me, I expect you to pay for the loss I made since I had to offer the item again and it was now sold for 55,01€. This is a price difference of 25,49€ I expect you to transfer to my PayPal account  or to my bank account. If you won't send the money within 7 working days, I will hand this case to my lawyer.

Please be informed that the first letter, informing you about the legal situation will be connected to a fee charged by my lawyer who has to translate the letter into italian language. The fee will be summed to the 25,49€ to a total of 105,49€.

Please feel free to inform yourself about european laws regarding online buys. You violated a valid contract between me and you and I will use my legal rights to gain the loss I made."
