Il tracking è sempre fermo a Heatrow e l'acquirente resta sempre fermo sulla sua posizione di "non ricevuto". Ho deciso di riappellarmi a quella controversia perché ultimamente Royal Mail non mi da più lo stato di consegnato, anche con avviso di ricevimento. Quindi ho inviato un'email al resolution center e mi hanno risposto:
Hello,

I have reviewed the tracking details and see here that it shows delivered. However, it doesn't show that it was delivered to the buyer's address. I know how important it is for you to have this matter settled. To help you resolve this, kindly reply to this email within the next 3 days, attaching a copy of your postal receipt that contains the buyer’s delivery address in order to proceed with the appeal.
