Thanks for your respond. my address is correct and I tell seller to cancel it because I wanted that item as a  birthday gift and It did not receive on time(deadline), however he/she said it could be cancel because I send it, but I have never taken this item and I do not know where is it. If we suppose that my address is incorrect or incomplete so it should return to the seller and I can cancel it but  seller do not want cancel it.
