Hi I can't access my account cause I forgot my password and I changed my phone number, but I had a 5 dollars fee to pay, unfortunately as I couldn't access my account I wasn't able to pay it, rn I've received an email regarding the fact that if I don't pay they will contact a debt collector, for 5 bucks..., I tried looking in to the forum but I didn't find anything regarding my situation, does someone know what to do in this situation?
