Buyer Guarantee
During the purchase process, I see the “eBay guarantees” as protection for the buyer, but if I click the link the page is nonexistent or changed or removed. How do I contact eBay to find out if/how/to what extent I’m protected when buying from a seller who does not accept returns?

On eBay you can pay with a credit/debit card and with its derivatives like PayPal, so there are MULTIPLE safeguards.
