Hello everyone, I’m looking for a solution to the following problem.

I created an ebay account in the USA years ago during the time I was living abroad. Since 2014 I’ve been back in Italy and I simply changed the shipping address and kept using ebay to buy and sell.

I used an Italian bank account and I also received payments, but suddenly after a recent sale I can’t transfer my funds. Ebay no longer accepts my Italian accounts, saying that my account is American. Italian support says it can’t access my info because I have a foreign account.

I can’t request phone support in the USA because I don’t have an American number.

How can I transfer these funds? By creating a new Italian account, is it possible to transfer the funds from one account to another?
