Hello, I bought a smartphone, since last month it no longer charges I contacted the seller but he doesn't reply to messages, what should I do?

I bought the smartphone in May 2023.

Mentore2 years agoYou can do very little about it... after 6 months from the purchase, it's on you to prove that it's a factory defect; if you bought the phone new, you'd be better off going to a repair shop near your home.
