Unanswered purchase
Good evening, I purchased an item and then canceled the order without receiving any response from the seller
now more than three days have passed but again I still haven’t received a response, not even to cancel it
what can I do? In the meantime, I’ve paid the full amount

Mentore1 year agoIf more than three days have passed without a response, it means the seller has declined your cancellation request.
You’ll need to wait for the delivery deadline to pass and, if you don’t receive anything, you can request a refund.

OP1 year agoThanks! I've never had any contact with the seller, they never replied to my messages and, as mentioned, they also let the cancellation request expire
The purchase was paid in full right away, so do I have to wait for the deadline to pass and then contact eBay if they ever respond?
