Hello everyone, I received an email from Ebay saying that I placed an order whose payment did not go through and, because of that, funds will be withheld from me. The thing is, I don't remember placing this order (which I can't even find in my purchase history) and other payments related to orders I did place, on the other hand, went through successfully. Here is the text of the email:
Hi, alberto.
We attempted to process a payment initiated by you on 25 apr 2026 for the amount due of EUR xx
Since the charge did not go through, we will deduct EUR xx from your total pending funds.
If the total pending funds are not enough, we will charge the amount to your registered payment method, in accordance with the authorization you provided by accepting the Terms of Use of payment services. Please note that, in this case, we may combine all amounts still owed by you into a single charge.
How can I get clarification?
