Help me
I canceled an order, but the seller is refusing to issue the refund, blaming eBay. On top of that, he blackmailed me and insulted me. What do I need to do to get my money back? Should I report him?

Mentore1 year agoYou can’t have cancelled an order; you can only have asked the seller to do it, but they can freely رفض your request.

If they cancelled the order correctly, the refund would be immediate.
