Good morning everyone, I would need some help, if anyone could help me because I don't know how to proceed through eBay. I bought an electronic component (a motorcycle part) on eBay, had it installed by a specialized workshop, but after various tests we confirmed that the component is defective. I tried to ask the seller for a return, with photos and video of the malfunction, but I was absolutely not taken into consideration, except for an automatic message, and they closed the return as refused. How should I handle this? Especially since it is a component that has a certain value and not just a few €…. Thanks a lot to everyone who can help me

if the part was installed by someone else, you can’t request a return for it.
