Lately they blocked one of my listings without any real reason, attaching to the explanation a list of inaccurate things to “justify” their mistake in blocking the listing. Who can I ask for damages from, given that the reason doesn’t exist and there’s no way an algorithm can get things completely wrong by blocking a sale AFTER MONTHS it had been online ?!? Do something TRULY smart, less AI and more REAL people reviewing things please

Mentore1 year agoSome things in your listing aren’t standard: payment by PayPal only, eBay intermediates payments so the buyer can also pay with other methods; seen and accepted in online sales makes no sense at all; 3 days to pay when eBay allows 4.

Mentore1 year agoYou can't ask anyone for damages... when you registered on eBay, you accepted an agreement that also includes this.
Also, both in the title and in the description, I would avoid words that refer to weapons... for example "lightgun"...
