Good morning, I bought an iPhone 14 from a retailer on May 25, 2023. A few days ago the phone suddenly stopped working, giving no sign of life at all. The device had been charged very recently and stopped working a few seconds later, with the screen staying off. I tried in various ways to turn it on but without success. As far as I understand, the phone is still under warranty, since at the time of purchase I had asked the retailer directly, who messaged me saying that for the second year support would be provided by them (I still have the message). I tried contacting the retailer both on eBay and through the emails I found, but I have not received any response to any message. At the time of purchase the seller seemed serious and reliable as they had many reviews, all positive, but unfortunately I am now also reading the recent reviews in which other buyers have encountered various problems both during purchase and with communication. I would therefore like to know how to proceed to obtain assistance or service.Thank you
