Started a return
Started a return for an mcz remote control that won't configure with my stove. I asked the seller for assistance, but after some attempts, nothing came of it. After the return request, the seller went silent, I haven't had any feedback from them. What should I do? .

After four days from opening it, if the seller doesn't respond, you can ask eBay for help:
