bad battery
In reference to my email and your reply of 18/03/2024, I would like to clarify that, regarding the receipt from the company dated 23/11/2023, I called the company on 29/11/2023 to report the issues, and the reply was that the battery was OK, good and charged, the opposite of reality'. Subsequently I had heart problems (2 bypasses) for two months I was out, unable to use the scooter. Thank you for your clarification email, but I only wanted to point out the unreliability of the company, which sells unreliable products.

Mentore2 years agoKeeping in mind that you are writing on a public forum, lead-acid batteries, if they are not kept charged, naturally lose their capacity over time.
