I have a quantity of items to sell, I don't have time, but I am willing to make them available and offer a percentage on the sales to anyone who has more time available and would like to do it for me.

Selling items for others counts as labor services... so whoever sells for you has to have a VAT number... so at most it’s them who gives you a percentage, since they’ll have to handle putting it online, payments, shipping, paying taxes.... etc... etc...
So it’s not just a matter of time... and with more than 500 items for sale you should know that.
