Ibey says the warranty applies, but if you buy abroad, you’re screwed because their warranty only applies in Italy, so I say don’t let foreign sellers in if you don’t have the ability to compensate

Mentore7 months ago14 years you've been on eBay and you didn't realize you'd written to a community of users like yourself? Who was supposed to refund you on behalf of the community?
Do you at least know how the return process with the related refund works?
Otherwise you're like the guy who wrote not long ago because he wanted to change the feedback process because it was too much trouble for him to return products and get refunded.
