Fake tracking code

Question

Hello, at the end of December I placed an order.

It was supposed to arrive today, the seller doesn't respond to messages.

Last Thursday it shows as shipped but without a tracking code, yesterday the code was entered but even today it still shows as nonexistent.

I wonder if it's normal to be this dishonest and still keep a store on eBay. It seems clear to me that this is a scam. Similar experiences?

So, a private seller who has a shop on eBay is already a sign of something unusual... so it's not normal.

When the delivery terms expire, you can open a report:

Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay

Hello, before shouting scam, maybe you should specify what kind of seller you bought from... private or professional... EU or non-EU... Then similar experiences can be defined... Have a good day.
