eBay connection to the tax drawer
Summary: The post by colorkit-2012 mentions the connection between eBay and the tax drawer, but does not provide any further details or explanatory content.
Good morning everyone,
Based on the new request from the tax agency to link all electronic payment collection tools (physical POS and virtual POS) to the tax drawer, I have been trying for weeks to find the data to enter eBay, but I can’t get to the bottom of it. Today is the last available day and, if I don’t sort it out, I’m forced to close the account. Has anyone managed to make this connection? An eBay assistant gave me some data which, however, are not correct (as she had also warned me, since others had asked her the same question).
Basically, for eBay sales I issue a fiscal receipt, which the cash register sends to the ADE; in the same drawer there should appear the record of the payment system that collected the same amount.
In this case, I didn’t personally collect it with my physical POS, but eBay collected the amount and I can’t report it to the tax agency.
I’ve read about people who sell on Amazon and found Amazon’s details already present in the tax drawer. Is it possible that with eBay this is impossible?
What surprises me is that I haven’t been able to find anything on this topic, as if no other eBay seller cares about this. Maybe I misunderstood something? My accountant keeps asking me for these details, which would be:
Name of the financial operator (acquirer)
Tax code of the acquirer
The merchant agreement contract number (which I thought I had found, even though the assistant had warned me it would not be accepted.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this.
