How should I behave?
Good evening everyone! I’m new to the platform, I’d like some advice!
I recently ordered a card from a Spanish user, and the seller was very kind and accommodating, even sending me photos and videos of the card on Telegram so I could be sure about my purchase!
The only problem is that when the card arrived, it matched the photos and videos, but it wasn’t original! I tried to ask for a return, but he told me that he had never specified whether the card was real or fake, first because in the listing he didn’t specify that it was real. Second because I didn’t notice from the photos that it was, and so I never asked him whether it was real or fake!
How should I handle this? I was inexperienced. Thanks in advance if you reply.

open an official return request for an item not as described, and follow all instructions carefully:
Return an item for a refund | eBay
If the seller does not accept it or does not provide you with a return shipping label, after the fourth day ask eBay to step in:
Ask eBay to step in - buyers | eBay
