But is it really possible that eBay doesn't have a customer service team you can contact to make a report? Any contact option just sends you back to contacting the seller or to the usual useless preset questions..

On all pages with preset replies, if you scroll all the way down, you’ll find the link to have eBay customer service call you on your mobile.
