Contact from eBay
Good morning. I can't get a callback with the callback service from Ebay, but I only receive emails saying there was no response. How can I get support and understand where the problem is if there are no other contact channels (chat, email, support numbers)? Thank you

Mentore1 year agoCheck that the mobile number you registered on your account is up to date.
If the number is correct, you probably have a spam call protection system on your phone; remove it.

OP1 year agoThanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately the cell phone number is correct and as far as I know I don't have a call blocking system. I wouldn't want to have blocked eBay's contact, but not knowing which number is calling makes it hard for me to remove any block.
Do you have any suggestions?
