dispute over shipped item
Hello everyone, I shipped a package to a buyer who claims not to have received it. My parcel is tracked and, to be on the safe side, I also called the carrier (Poste Italiane), who says it was shipped and delivered, as can also be seen from the tracking code. The buyer has opened a dispute for item not received and I have no intention of paying. What can I do? Thanks.

Mentore1 year agoIf necessary, ask the post office for the proof of delivery or through the service where you purchased the shipment and update the report with the shipment number and POD.
Then let eBay decide... you have no alternatives...
Kind regards.

Mentore1 year agoWhy did eBay take your package?
Did eBay ship it to you?
Be realistic and don’t talk nonsense...
Actually, be careful about filing complaints... this could backfire on you since as a private seller you have more than 2300 items for sale... with almost 600 sales already under your belt...
Have a good day.

Mentore1 year agoReporting ebay for embezzlement... ebay didn't ship you the package... it never even had it in its hands!

Mentore1 year agoEven selling items described as new in quantity isn’t a good idea... private sellers can’t sell items and describe them as new; only professional sellers can do that, and given your sales volumes you’re more of a professional seller - with all the obligations that come with it - than a private individual.
