Buyer dispute for item not received
Good morning. I made a purchase and weeks later the order was never shipped and I never received it. The seller first stalled when I asked for a refund and now, with a 3-day delay from the estimated delivery date, is ignoring my messages. I had mistakenly opened a request to return the item, which I then closed. Even so, I can't open a refund request because eBay shows that the return request I CLOSED is still open. What can I do? Thanks

if you've opened a dispute on Paypal, the closure communication to ebay can take 20 to 25 days.
Most likely, the communication timing will prevent you from opening the correct report on ebay, which is why you should never rush.
They say you learn from mistakes.
