eBay policy is to respect shipping and delivery dates. For 4 years I’ve been fighting not to receive negative feedback, working 20 hours and including holidays, and then I rely on eBay shipping with the post office, which doesn’t regularly come to pick up the parcels, making my shipments be marked as late not through my fault, risking negative feedback or refunds to customers even though I worked properly and no one gives you a solution depressing

Mentore2 years agoThe choice of which shipping service to use is yours alone.
eBay Shipping postal products (read Packlink) are just one of many options, there are much more reliable services.

OP2 years agoif eBay suggests them, they should first of all be reliable and follow eBay's rules, which I think we sellers try every day to respect in order to protect ourselves and eBay's name

Mentore2 years agoeBay only offers it for "convenience" (and financial gain), and in my opinion reliability has become optional.
