Customs duties and refund
I ordered a camera from Japan. Some customs fees weren’t listed, and now I’ve received an SMS from DHL asking me for €50 plus my personal details to clear customs. This is starting to smell fishy to me. If I don’t pay this charge, will the package be returned to the sender and will I be refunded? Has this happened to anyone? Please help me.
