Dispute
I ordered electric scooter on ebay but after two weeks the scooter has speed mulfunction. I opened dispute on ebay and open a dispute on paypal but the ebay closed my dispute. Please tell me what to do to reopen the dispute on ebay? I close the dispute on paypal.

Mentore1 year agoYou did everything you shouldn’t have done... you burned all your chances of asking for help from both eBay and PayPal.
You’ll simply have to deal with the seller.
