I sold a drone that doesn’t exactly match the description, what can I do.

Mentore1 year agoIf the buyer has opened a return case against you for non-compliance, you only have two options:
Hope that they make a mistake in the process, but if that doesn’t happen you lose money and the item.
Limit the damage by accepting the return and immediately providing a prepaid label so they can send the item back and get a refund.
