eBay issues a refund to the customer without the customer having to make a return
Good morning, I’m asking if anyone has ever had it happen that eBay refunds a buyer before the item returns to the sender for an open dispute for a return

OP1 year agoI had received an email, which I took a screenshot of, where eBay told me that the customer had to make the shipment and that I didn't have to do anything else

If they've decided to issue a refund, they won't change their decision.

You had 3 days to accept the return and send a prepaid label.
ebay stepped in only after you let the deadline pass.
