Billing error
Hello, on April 17 I placed an order n 03-14527 48972 and I was charged a total amount of 21.99 euros. Subsequently I made a cancellation request, which was accepted, and I received a full refund on April 19, but at the same time I was charged again. Basically, as of today I have paid 21.99 euros even though I did not receive the item initially requested
