Error in address provided by the Buyer
I shipped the item using Ebay shipping, and printed the form using the data that comes up automatically.
The buyer is now telling me that he didn't receive the item because of an address error. But he was the one who wrote the address.
I don't accept being blamed for something that isn't my fault. I don't want to ship the item again at my own expense (if it gets returned to the sender). If he doesn't receive the package, which I correctly shipped using his data, the fault is not mine but his.

Mentore1 year agoCheck that the address was written correctly on the label. Some couriers have a character limit and there may be truncation errors; in these cases, checking is the seller’s responsibility.
If, on the other hand, it’s a mistake on the buyer’s part, wait for the package to be returned and for their decision. They may have it shipped again at their expense (they’ll need to cover the shipping costs upfront) or receive a partial refund (you can deduct the shipping cost).
