Error sending goods
Good evening
I ordered 4 pajamas
S black
M black
S grey
M grey
I received 2 M black instead of one grey and one black.
Ok, no big deal, I have to return 3 anyway and luckily the "right" one is M black
We agreed that the return shipping costs would be paid by the seller since they did make a mistake sending the order.
Now they sent me a private email with a sheet to print and attach to the package and deliver to the Italian post office, but they don't want me to do:
Return of an order
Or
Order not received.
Should I trust them?
I don't want it to be that once they receive the goods, they won't refund me for the 3 pajamas.

if you open a return request, you’ll have to send back all the pajamas... if you don’t want to return them all, you have to trust the seller...
