Return labels
Good morning I need to return an item. I completed the whole procedure and paid for the label. I got to the PDF symbol, however I can't open the file and therefore can't print the label. I thought maybe the payment hadn't gone through, but you can't check it in real time with the bank. I tried to redo the procedure but the application tells me there are no items to print a label for and so I wouldn't even be able to try paying again. Finally, I can't even get to that symbol that wouldn't open.
