Negative feedback
Hello everyone, I got a display on Ebay where I didn't know if it worked. Obviously I sold it on Ebay for parts and as not working. A buyer contacts me and asks if it's good or not. I tell him, look, I bought it from a store that went bankrupt, I couldn't tell you whether it works or not, I don't even have a way to test it, and I tell him I’m selling it for spare parts or as not working, then he can decide …
what does he do then, after 2 days he buys it, it arrives at his house ?? He opens a return where he says the item was used too much and doesn't work and, to top it off, he leaves me negative feedback. To be the bigger person, I issued him a refund without wasting time. Now he doesn't answer me anymore on Ebay. I even let him keep the item, but he won't reply to remove the negative feedback. How could I do that? Thanks a lot and have a good day everyone

You can also file a complaint with the carabinieri against the buyer for aggravated defamation (art 595 c3 of the cp).

OP1 year agoHello, the buyer still hasn't edited the feedback; he says he contacted eBay and that I have to send him the revision, I sent it to him but nothing, he won't accept it. He kept the
refund, the item is the
feedback to me is still negative, should I call eBay?

At the bottom of the page I had attached, there was the link to send them an email.
