Fermopoint incomplete address
A buyer correctly completed a purchase, but on the Order Details page only the shipping address appears, which is a Fermopoint, and besides that neither their first and last name nor the eCP code appears. Shouldn't the name and code also be there? If I ship to the Fermopoint with these missing details, will the package still arrive? It seems strange to me, and besides, I only offer standard postal shipping and I don't understand this Fermopoint address, moreover it's incomplete.

Mentore1 year agoProbably the buyer put the Fermopoint address as the delivery address in their account.
Try contacting them, but I think the best solution is to cancel the sale due to address issues.

OP1 year agoAnd once the sale is cancelled, does the buyer have to repurchase the item with a different shipping method (I only offer standard postal shipping, as is clearly stated in the listing) or should I change the shipping method myself to accommodate the buyer? If so, how? And then it was eBay that automatically activated fermopoint shipping for everyone, but not everyone likes it.

Mentore1 year agoYou need to check whether your shipment is included by default among those for which ebay adds the pickup point option. In any case, if the buyer wants delivery to a fermopoint, they have to choose that option and you will receive eCP etc....

OP1 year agoI told the buyer to cancel the sale and try again, he didn't do it, but he gave me his first and last name, so now I have the name and the Fermopoint delivery address, good, but I don't have the ecp code. Do I ship it by normal postal delivery to the Fermopoint without the ecp? Or would there be problems between him and the Fermopoint manager, who would end up with a package without the blessed code?
