In Italy, the use of an electric collar for dogs is not, in itself, prohibited for sale, but its use is illegal if it causes suffering to the animal.
According to the Court of Cassation, using this training tool triggers the offense of abandonment of animals, since the electric collar forces the dog into a condition incompatible with its nature and to endure serious suffering. For this offense, you risk arrest of up to one year or a fine of 1,000 to 10,000 euros.

Mentore6 months agoIf you bought it from a professional EU seller, you need to ask them how to enforce it.
If, on the other hand, the seller was a private individual or outside the EU, there is no warranty.
