Major problems with complaints
I’d like your opinion.
Is it possible that there is no protection for sellers when a buyer chooses to have the item sent by regular mail and, even without waiting for the time to expire, asks for a refund or leaves negative feedback?
I’m talking about book rate mail. In my listings I always give the option to choose between regular and registered... always advising against the first because it has long and uncertain delivery times, with the added risk that it could get lost
The curious thing is that disputes (few, fortunately) are always opened by eBayers with very few feedbacks!
the buyer must take responsibility for the shipping method chosen! The alternative would be to eliminate the option to use regular mail
Ah, once the item has been shipped, it’s my habit to send photos to the buyer with the postage on the package; beyond that I wouldn’t know what else to do
Thanks for your attention

If you use an untracked shipping method, that’s your responsibility; it’s not right to shift it onto the buyer since YOU offered it... if you hadn’t offered it, no one would have used it... but if you want to sell at competitive prices, that’s a drawback.
In fact, no one is forcing you to use it, and being aware of what could happen should make you give up on using it; even eBay discourages its use, of course leaving the choice to the user or the seller.
If you therefore want to avoid similar episodes, don’t use it anymore... that’s what you could do!
Kind regards.
