I bought some n scale wagons in England, brand Peco
I bought some N scale wagons in England, brand Peco, or rather after buying the first one and receiving the total cost of 3 gbp + 14 gbp shipping and 5 gbp import fees, I asked the seller if I could buy additional wagons for a total of 69 gbp, of course all in a single shipment at 14 gbp. at the final tally I find myself having to pay 58.77 gbp shipping and 34 gbp import fees. I wrote to the seller asking why he doesn't give me the single shipment and he replied that eBay has decided to do it this way, namely 6.53 gbp for each individual wagon until reaching 58.77 gbp. Is this correct?

Mentore3 years agoCorrect only because the seller does not ship directly, but uses eBay's GSP service managed by Pitney Bowes.
This type of service does not allow shipments to be combined.
The options are two, and both would be up to the seller (after closing the old listings where international shipping with the GSP service was provided): Use a different type of service or combine everything into a single lot.

OP3 years agoThanks, but the seller says he can't do it. I hate having to give him extra money

Mentore3 years agoIf he wanted to, he could do it.
He has to cancel the sale and listings and create new listings.
He probably doesn’t feel like going through the hassle.
